Participant Registration

• District Coordinators will receive a registration link that will be open to accept registrations starting May 26.
• Registrations can be completed at any point in the time period.
• Registration closes June 20 at 12 p.m.

• Oversubscribed categories will undergo lottery.
• Results of lottery will be shared with applicable District Coordinators.
• Participants who are not chosen in the lottery may register for another category if eligible in stage 2 (will receive priority).

• Brantford/County of Brant 2023 will share available positions in the Games.
• All medalists from District Games will be invited to fill remaining places in the Games.

• Participant and non-participant waivers and medical forms must be brought by each individual participant to the Games Registration/Accreditation Centre on August 9, 2023 in order to pick up their accreditation package.
