Exciting Updates for Participants

We are thrilled to have you on board for this incredible sporting event celebrating the vitality and spirit of individuals aged 55 and above. Over the next month, we will be sending you a series of emails packed with important information, including how to contact us, event details, schedules, accommodation options, and more. Kindly read each email carefully and feel free to share this information with your fellow participants who may not be as tech-savvy or regularly check their email.

Schedules and Timelines
To help you plan your time effectively and maximize your experience at the games, we will provide you with comprehensive schedules for each event. These schedules will include information about specific dates, times, and venues, ensuring that you don't miss a moment of the action. Schedules are in development and will be shared when they are available. Keep an eye on your inbox for our next email containing the detailed schedule. Understand all schedules are subject to change at any point, please ensure you visit the Games Website for the most up-to-date schedules.

Accommodations
If you have chosen the Premium Registration, we will be handling all your Accommodation needs and providing you with your check-in times individually. Please be patient as we ensure all needs are met and our accommodation partners are ready to receive you.

As a reminder, if you have selected double occupancy but do not have a preferred roommate or your preferred roommate is in another sport who is not at the same hotel, you may be partnered with another participant from another District.

Special Events and Activities
In addition to the sporting events, we have planned various special events and activities to make your time at the 2023 Ontario 55+ Summer Games truly memorable. From the Opening Ceremony, to the Middle Night Event and our cultural Participants Game, there will be ample opportunities for camaraderie, celebration, and fun. More details about these exciting events will be provided in the upcoming emails.
